January afternoon walk ... I am feeling blessed and so refreshed by the magic of the sunlight!

Here in the northern hemisphere the days are very short and we don't often see the blessed sun. Remember to take every opportunity to catch the sunlight because it can light you up completely in an instant!

Consciously breathe the sunlight all the way into your core, into your heart center and then feel it spread throughout your bodies and fields - your physical body, your mental body, your emotional body and your spiritual body, your aura ...

Breathe in the Light, breathe out any density that you carry ... Which colours of Light, which Rays do you sense within you? Our Sun is a gateway to the Cosmic energies and to the Great Central Sun. You may feel Angelic energies, the Golden Christ Light, the Violet Flame, the Cosmic Heart energy ... Feel the flow of Light Codes from different Stars and Galaxies ...

All of this and more in one moment of sunshine. Blessed be our beloved Sun.
